1. General Terms

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

The minimum age to participate on ap999 is 21 years. At registration you must confirm that you are 21 or older. ap999 may at any time request a government-issued ID, birth certificate or other documents to verify age and identity.

Withdrawal requests may be held until the verification process is complete. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. If a user is identified as a minor, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ap999 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. The following methods are available for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if identity verification or a security check is required, additional time may be needed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, although ap999 may arrange an alternative in exceptional cases.

4.3 Payment Verification

ap999 ensures that only payment methods registered in the account holder's name may be used. Third-party payment methods are not accepted and ap999 reserves the right to cancel any such transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed — meaning a total wager of ৳37,500 is required for a ৳1,500 bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply only to eligible accounts.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be fulfilled first.
• If any fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• ap999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

ap999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Bronze tier members receive up to 0.4%, Silver tier up to 0.8% and Gold tier up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games on ap999 are governed by specific rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of the relevant game or betting section.

6.1 Finality of Bets

A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error on the part of ap999 is proven. Bets affected by a technical error will be settled at ap999's discretion.

The use of automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes may result in account cancellation.

6.3 Odds and Markets

7. Account Closure and Suspension

ap999 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to meet the age requirement.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned, but no bonus funds will be refundable. You may also voluntarily request account closure yourself.
